Bill is the Assistant Director for Adult Technical Education at the Stafford Technical Center in Stafford VT. He has served for nine years as member of the NEASC Commission on Public Schools representing the Committee on Technical and Career Institutions (CTCI) and is entering his second year as chair of CTCI He has also served as a visiting team chair and assistant chair on many Decennial and Focused Visits.
Bill has been a vocal supporter of NEASC, advocating for Vermont career technical centers to pursue program and institutional improvement through peer-reviewed, objective, standards-based Accreditation. He is an extremely valued member of the Commission for his leadership, collegiality, volunteerism, and insight into education's critical issues in Vermont and throughout New England.
